Change in Management Board
After 35 years with the company, including 15 years as a member of the management board, our managing director Dr. Hermann Josef Stolz retired at the end of 2024. For many years, he was responsible for and significantly shaped the divisions production, quality management, development and engineering. The responsibility for production was handed over within the board several years ago.
To prepare for his succession, Carsten Rader joined the management board at the beginning of 2024 and has since been responsible for the engineering department.
Effective immediately, our colleague Dr. Martina Mennicken-Meuthen will take over the responsibility for quality management and development as a new member of the management board. She has been part of our team for almost 20 years. After initially working in application technology, she led the quality management since 2007. This division encompasses not only quality control and general quality management but also product safety, regulatory compliance and application technology.
We are pleased that two long-term employees have succeeded Hermann Josef. Through their commitment and extensive knowledge, Carsten and Martina will make a significant contribution to the successful further development of the company.
